Position Overview: As a Division Manager in our AWESOME sales division, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth, increasing sales productivity, and leading a team of talented sales reps. Your vision and strategic thinking will shape the future of our sales operations, allowing you to make a significant impact on our success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of sales consultants to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost production and maximize sales opportunities.
• Foster a warm sales atmosphere while maintaining a low-pressure environment for reps and customers.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure the continuous professional growth of your team members.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
